The first management benchmark for aesthetic medicine clinics.

We measure operational efficiency, economic indicators, documentation quality, professional wellbeing and patient experience. After 46 responses in the quantitative phase (22 experimental · 24 control), we are now in the qualitative phase with interviews of physicians and admin staff across the 6 aesthetic specialties. Led by Félix Sánchez and Dr. Alberto García.

Frequently asked questions

When will MAIA be available?

MAIA launches in June 2026. The 100 Founding Member clinics have received early access before public launch.

Can I activate just the scribe?

Yes. MAIA is modular: scribe, specialized AI agent and CRM can be contracted separately or as a full suite.

Where is clinical data stored?

On European infrastructure (Madrid + Frankfurt), encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit with TLS 1.3. No data leaves the EEA.

Does MAIA train its models on my data?

Not by default. Only with explicit opt-in and under irreversible anonymization. Clinical data always belongs to the clinic.

Is there migration from my current software?

Yes. Assisted migration from Doctoralia, Clinic Cloud, Saludtools, CSV and custom databases. Included in Pro and Elite plans.
